Age Concern is the UK's largest organisation working for and with older people

The information service:

Provides independent information on a wide range of topics that concern Older People, their families and others involved in their care.
Regular surgeries are held with experts from other agencies.

Enquiries can be made by telephone, email or in person at our office premises at 21 Stephenson Place, Chesterfield. People with complex problems will receive a telephone call from us to offer extra help if this is needed.
