  • Can support people through assessment meetings when choosing the right residential care.
  • For example as an independent agency we can assist by mediating when there is conflict over care.

  • Links housebound Older People with a friendly chat on the telephone up to three times a week.
  • Particularly aimed at Older People discharging from hospital, but it can also provide support through other crises such as a recent bereavement, depression, loneliness etc.

We try to maintain details of social and lunch clubs which are independently run specifically for Older People.
